Advanced Counseling and Testing Solutions (ACTS) is seeking a talented Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our dynamic team of clinicians in our Wyomissing office location. ACTS is a great place to work because we are a collaborative and trusting team.
ACTS is an expanding privately-owned group practice committed to providing high quality, compassionate, and effective care to our patients. We are currently seeking an outpatient licensed therapist interested in joining a collegial team of clinicians with flexible schedules and administrative support. We currently provide a range of outpatient behavioral health services, including therapy, assessment, and neurofeedback. We are in search of individuals who have a passion for patients, commitment to excellence and teamwork, and a willingness to adhere to our processes, goals, and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree.
- Candidates must have clinical licensure in the state of Pennsylvania, (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) or ability to apply for Associate Licensure. (i.e. APC)
- Required experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Proficient in the use with Electronic Health Record systems.
CLEARANCES: PA Child Abuse, Criminal Background Check Act 34 and 151 Clearances; Mandated and Permissive Reporting in Pennsylvania are required.

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Conduct behavioral therapy sessions with patients using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
- Perform patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and EHR systems.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize premium skills like Psychotherapy and Crisis Intervention to address complex mental health needs.
- Continuously enhance skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Pay: $73,500.00 - $86,000.00 per year
