Job Summary:
- Answers incoming calls and responds to customer emails
- Calls to get customer's feedbacks regarding company's services
- Ability to handle multi-line phone system
- Exhibits strong knowledge of Total Med’s services and products
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Schedule patients for their services and treatments
- Ability to build value-based relationships, trust and gain the confidence of existing and potential patients
- Able to respond to practice-oriented questions and/or route calls accordingly
- Relies on clinical support staff to recommend appropriate treatment alternatives to a patient
- Other duties as requested
Education and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales or technical support in a med spa, nutrition, health & wellness, fitness or supplement organization is preferred
- Strong organization, analysis and communication skills
- Ability to open conversations, answer questions and successfully set appointments
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Provides positive patient and colleagues interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-changing, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Hours: Full-time position, Monday - Friday
Compensation: Hourly base pay plus a commission plan
