As a Registered Investment Operations Associate you will embrace technology, enjoy a collaborative environment, and hold in high regard serving clients in a fiduciary capacity. You will work in our Investment Operations department with experienced professionals, working daily with clients and prospective clients. This opportunity will allow you to develop and gain access to outstanding market growth opportunities while adding stability and capacity to the overall business operation.
Responsibilities
- Preparing paperwork for opening & maintaining accounts
- Determining and executing client service needs
- Executing trades
- Maintain client files and tracking all service requests for record keeping purposes
Qualifications
- 2 years minimum of client service experience in the financial services industry
- Series 7 & 65 preferred
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, client service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of industry, product and procedures
- Diligent follow up skills a must
