Our client, a private equity firm in the Peninsula investing in the future of tech, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to work side-by-side with a collaborative admin team to support 4 Executives with high-volume scheduling, prepping briefing packets, and complex travel itineraries. Your expertise will contribute to the firm’s efforts to drive value to the shareholders and community.

Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:
- Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- 3+ years of EA experience supporting high-profile Senior Executives is essential and required.
- Background in professional, fast-paced environments (such as Finance) is preferred but not required.
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft and Google tools, Monday.com, and able to adopt new technologies easily.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills and strategic and creative problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Unflappable, polished, and able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage dynamic and shifting calendars for multiple executives, including heavy scheduling.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel logistics and create detailed itineraries.
- Prepare concise and digestible briefing materials for executive trips.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and care.
- Communicate effectively with peers to maximize team efficiency.
