We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Clerk to join our team. As a Parts Clerk, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering parts, and ensuring timely delivery to support our operations. This is a vital role in our supply chain management and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring accurate stock levels
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quality
- Maintain organized storage of parts in the warehouse
- Process requisitions and orders for parts and supplies
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Assist with equipment repair by sourcing necessary parts
- Utilize AS400 or similar software to track inventory and manage orders
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill part requests
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to identify discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is a plus
- Previous experience in supply chain management or parts management preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Basic mechanical knowledge to understand part specifications and compatibility
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems, including Office.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
