We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.

- Working hours: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday- Friday
- Salary: $17-$20/hour d.o.e.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, emails and visitors in a pleasant and professional manner
- Document invoices electronically
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Maintain an orderly filing system
- Maintain SDS book
- Maintain inventory system
- Light cleaning of the office and common areas
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested as other administrative duties may be required as needed
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Proficient computer and telephone skills with Microsoft Word & Excel experience are required
- Previous experience in office or other related fields with knowledge of general office procedures, practices, and equipment are required
- Ability to efficiently prioritize and multitask
- Able to work independently, as well as, with a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must carry a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
