Overview: The Program Coordinator will lead Bucks-Mont Collaborative core programs, including the Training Institute and membership programs. This position requires administrative, outreach, and engagement skills with a commitment to Bucks-Mont Collaborative’s mission and values.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Training Program Responsibilities:
1) Administer the Training Institute’s annual portfolio of trauma workshops and B-JEDI and organizational development trainings, including trainer contracts and workshop scheduling, marketing, administration, and comprehensive evaluation.
2) Manage the Volunteer Trauma Trainer Program for trauma workshops, including volunteer communications, scheduling, and support of ongoing volunteer trainer needs.
3) Partner with the Bucks-Mont Trauma Coalition Coordinator regarding trauma workshop needs.
4) Collaborate with our partners, the Interagency Council of Norristown and Tri-County Community Network regarding shared Training Institute programs.
5) Assess and respond to Health and Human Services (HHS) professional and community needs through Training Institute programs, growth and partnerships.
6) Partner with the Gwynedd Mercy University Bachelor of Social Work Program to coordinate and issue CEUs for relevant trainings, membership meetings and the annual summit; offer certificate of attendance at relevant events.
Membership Program Responsibilities:
1) Coordinate monthly membership meetings, including speakers, topics and agendas.
2) Manage Collaborative Connections, the quarterly in-person networking series for organizations to network at member locations throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
3) Steward existing membership through responsive membership communications and administrative support, including the annual membership survey and renewal communications.
4) Participate in virtual and in-person community and Chamber events to build relationships with potential and current members and sponsors.
Education/Experience: All credentials and lived experience are welcome, with a preference for program management and/or community relations backgrounds.

Compensation: PT Position, $30/hr x 30 hrs/week
