With direction and following established procedures, the Employee Recruiting Coordinator (ERC) will coordinate the recruitment of a broad range of assistant and technician level staff, respond to candidates applying to open positions through a variety of recruitment sources, and assist with the screening/interviewing/offering of positions to new hire employees. The ERC will facilitate company sponsored, and public recruiting events such as hiring fairs, promotional events at educational institutions or specialty technical programs, and other events related to recruitment. The ERC will provide forge strong partnerships with service line managers across different levels by providing internal support to hiring managers in their fulfillment of the designated FTE staffing patterns. This includes identifying needs and/or changes to applicant recruiting and tracking as well as modeling behaviors that drive integrity and instill values reflective of our company culture. The ERC will exercise sound judgement regarding confidential business practices/protocols, human resources services, general organizational policies, and specialized programs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate recruitment of assistant and technician level staff, based on the designated budgeted FTE staffing patterns, and in partnership with hiring/service line managers across the organization. *
- Take primary responsibility for communications with candidates who apply to company sponsored job postings through the following steps: *
- Timely completion of pre-screening processes for applicants responding to assistant and technician company sponsored job postings.
- Schedule and completing phone interviews, following established procedures to ensure notes are thorough and well-articulated.
- Coordinate with relevant hiring manager to determine if candidate meets the MQE’s and will be moving forward. If not moving forward, send appropriate written correspondence to pass.
- Coordinate of in person or video interview with candidate and Ever Well representative who will attend interview.
- Receive interview notes, job action request form, and review with Employee Care & Wellness Manager to determine pay rate.
- Make verbal offer to candidate.
- Communicate with Employee Success Coordinator regarding formal offer letter being sent and transition the candidate to the Employee Success Coordinator.
- Use the applicant tracking system (ATS) and strategic recruiting practices to support hiring through the pre-screening, screening, interviewing, and job offering process. *
- At the direction of the Employee Care & Wellness manager, facilitate public recruiting events including hiring fairs, or promotional events at education institutions or specialty technical programs.
- Maintain an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes innovation, care quality, continuous improvement, and high performance. This includes modeling behavior reflective of the corporate culture with applicants, employees, managers, customers, and vendors with a focus on commitment, courage, integrity, authenticity, and partnership.
- Implement and assists in coordination of meaningful recruiting processes that emphasize company values and ensure a positive start for every employee.
- Maintain working knowledge of employee health and wellness, disability and retirement plans, employee assistance program, educational advancement opportunities, referral bonus opportunities, and other wellness programs. *
- Maintain applicable employment postings and initiates employee personnel files with relevant recruiting documents in accordance with federal and state laws, maintaining the highest level of security and protection of confidential information.
