talented Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team and work in clinic, school
based, and teletherapy settings.
Job Description: As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Hammond Associates, you will have the opportunity to work alongside knowledgeable and well-rounded clinicians in a collaborative and supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinic-based, school-based, and teletherapy services to individuals with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborating with a diverse clinical team to assess, diagnose, and develop
individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve speech, language,
communication, and social skills.
- Using state-of-the-art electronic health records (EHR) to streamline
documentation and maximize time spent with clients.
- Participating in ongoing training and continuing education opportunities provided
in-house.
- Demonstrating a commitment to client-first care, family-friendly practices, and
data-driven decision-making.
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and adherence to legal and ethical
guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with
colleagues, clients, and families.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload.
