Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist with a focus on recruiting, based in High Point, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Additionally, this role will involve administering HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Experience with ADP, including HRIS, LMS, Performance, or Payroll, is a plus.
Responsibilities:

Manage full cycle recruiting processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Administer HR policies and procedures.

Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure accurate enrollment and administration.

Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Assist with the implementation of HR best practices to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:

Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a focus on recruiting.

Knowledge of HR policies and practices.

Experience in employee benefits administration.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
