EVS Technician
Position Summary: To maintain and implement a clean, safe and positive patient care and work environment by following PSMC policies and procedures, best practice methods, and OSHA guidelines throughout the entire organization.

Education/Training & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write and clearly express oneself in English 100% of the time. Prefer hospital environmental services work experience.

Special Skills, Licenses or Certifications: Basic computer skills and knowledge (Microsoft® Outlook, Word, and Excel). CHEST training (offered during employment).

Adequate hearing is required to hear/talk with other employees, patients and public in person and on the telephone.

Adequate sight is required to perform essential functions of the job.

Work requires use of computers with exposure to monitors, key boards, and mouse with repetitive motions for extended periods of time.

Compensation Range: $16.00 to $19.89 hourly, based on years of relevant experience. Employees working swing shift receive $3.00 swing shift differential pay. Employees working a night shift receive $5.00 night shift differential pay.
