Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' goals and fitness levels
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' needs and goals
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in personal training or related field
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Experience in sales or fitness sales is a plus
- Ability to design effective exercise programs for individuals or groups
- Knowledge of sports coaching or physical education is beneficial
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong motivational abilities to inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
- Ability to adapt exercises for clients with different fitness levels or limitations
- Knowledge of nutrition and ability to provide dietary guidance
- Ability to create a positive and supportive workout environment for clients
