Role Objective
As a Director of People, you will drive the development and implementation of Human Resources programs, policies, and practices that promote talent acquisition, engagement, and professional development.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and succession planning.
- Develop equitable and inclusive recruitment processes.
- Oversee organizational onboarding and orientation.
- Identify and nurture leadership opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Champion anti-racism, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Administer HR policies shaping organizational culture.
- Enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and relations.
- Facilitate professional development, growth, and benefits.
- Manage HR administration, including HRIS systems.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of HR regulations, compliance, and strategies.
- Proven commitment to building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams.
- Proven leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills in a company of 200+ employees.
- Results-driven mindset and passion for process improvement.

- $140,000-$165,000/year salary DOE
