We're searching for a diligent front desk office assistant to provide administrative support to our leasing team. You’ll be responsible for answering phones and greeting customers, accepting and documenting payments, scanning and emailing paperwork, highlighting move-in expectations to new residents, and implementing office standards to streamline our processes.
As a key member of our team, you will be working extensively on a computer and will be expected to learn most company policies to correctly route inquiries. Compensation:
$50,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner

Ability to recognize, recommend, and implement process improvements

Previous extensive software experience is required
Qualifications:-
Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- High school diploma or GED required
- Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
- The ideal candidate will have a take-charge, positive attitude, be well organized, detail-oriented, and have a high level of personal accountability
