Field Installation Supervisor

- In this position, you will be installing carpet/flooring along side your crew.
- This is a traveling and working management position that requires the ability to delegate roles while installing.
- Must have Commercial Carpet Installation experience and your own tools as installing will be required.
- The ability to be away from home for 6 weeks at a time is a must.
- Leading by example so others can hone their skills and become masters at their craft.
- Projects are throughout the United States and travel is paid for and required for the duration of a project.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Attend all meetings
- Ability to read blueprints / construction drawings
- Ability to do mathematical calculations
- Ability to lift heavy materials (carpet / pad) with assistance
· Woven, broadloom, carpet tile, LVT, VCT, base, double-stick installation experience. Pattern matching and sequencing experience. Experience burning seams.
- Responsible to properly handle company machinery and power tools
- Work with the support team to ensure all products will be delivered and ready for all project launches
- Be onsite for all startups to direct job flow and the expected time focused progress with installers
- Ensure assigned projects are completed with quality first, within the budget and within allotted time.
- Proactively monitor project progress and staff performance daily
- Maintain cleanliness of jobsites ensuring all waste is removed daily
- Primary contact from for all field personnel and client communications during the project
- Understand all installed products and best practices for installing all products
- Track on-site inventory
- Communicate with office personnel on rented equipment (when to pick up or extend rentals, swapping out dumpsters, removing connex, etc.)
- Manage field paperwork as required by job and labor hours management

- The position requires repetitive crouching, squatting, kneeling, standing, walking, and lifting
- These highlight many of the focus points of this position however there may be additional requirements that will be discussed or trained throughout employment at Mastercraft Floor Covering.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
