Duties for this position include:
- Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and identify potential clients within the designated territory
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and other relevant channels
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication and tailored solutions
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to secure new business deals
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward targets
- Communication: Prioritize communication with your supervisor regularly to dispense information and to be informed of new information and directives
- Territory Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize leads, opportunities, and client accounts within the assigned territory
- Recruiting: Partner with community groups, set up job fairs, network, and meet people
- Must always have a valid driver’s license and valid proof of insurance
- Learn, Understand, and Utilize Metro’s ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels such as online job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with job openings
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job opportunities
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates
- Foster strong relationships with candidates by providing a positive candidate experience and clear communication throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
- Must establish a smooth and efficient process for candidates
- Communicate job offers, address candidate questions, and concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to enhance recruiting strategies
- Provide feedback and insights to hiring managers to improve recruitment process and candidate quality
- Assist with onboarding activities and ensure a seamless transition for placed candidates
- Contribute to team goals and participate in ongoing training and professional development
Compensation (USD):
Weekly Salary Base on Experience plus Commission
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Some Saturdays
On call after hours

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must have 1 to 2 years of Sales and Recruiting experience
- Able to travel or relocate
- Work at least 40 hours a week - The schedule will vary
