Who We're Looking For:
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-driven individuals.
- Proficient in computer use with strong typing skills and adept at learning new applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create a personalized guest experience.
- 2 years of sales and customer service experience. Travel, cruise or Tele-sales experience preferred
- History of exceeding goals, willingness to learn with a desire to improve
- Having the ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
- Experience with any CRM systems

About Your Role:
- Our Inbound Sales Specialist will answer inbound calls & chat online to assist travelers in planning the perfect vacation that fits the client’s needs and expectations.
- Our Sales Specialist will maximize revenue opportunities by offering to confirm bookings, offering cabin stateroom upgrades, communicate the value of cruising, provide ship detailed information and recommendations, offer air and land components, along with offering and explaining the importance of cancellation insurance.
- Our Sales Specialist will constantly develop and nurture relationships with travel clients to ensure repeat business and exceed both your sales activity and metric targets.
- Research, explore and study different travel destination options.
- Stay up to date on destination requirements including customs, weather conditions, government regulations.
- Our Sales Specialist attend training in person and online with preferred cruise lines to stay up to date on industry/travel changes.
SCHEDULE
Must be flexible and able to workdays, evenings, and weekends. Current Cruise Center operating hours are Mondays – Fridays 6:00AM – 8:00PM and Saturdays & Sundays 6:00AM-5:30PM.
Schedule provided 4 weeks in advance.
