The Sales Specialist position is responsible for developing the companies Personal Care and Support (PCSS) and Medical Staffing customers in Effingham, Chatham, Bulloch, Bryan & Liberty County. In this role, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining customers and calling on a variety of facilities and third-party health providers with clients that would find value in knowing of our services. These facilities would include but not be limited to Assisted Living, Independent Living, Skilled nursing rehabs, Doctors offices, Hospice and Home Health locations, Dialysis centers, VA offices and other Medical facilities within the Region. This role will have overall responsibility for growing and developing the companies PCSS and medical staffing business within the region. The pay for this position is negotiable and based on experience.
Major Responsibilities:·
Grow customer base by prospecting new clients & nurturing leads within territory and/or market segment.·
Earn business by using a consultative, relationship-based approach·
Work closely with the team, to evaluate opportunities, identify competitive advantages and weaknesses, stay current with industry products and trends.·
Understand the nature of projects and timing.
Address the respective territory from a position of knowledge.
Actively use the companies CRM system to capture customer projects/data.·
Communicate services to clients with the goal of building trust and loyalty.·
Expert marketplace and sales data management.
Track all work with the understanding of closing-the-loop on project and relationship information and data.·
Researching, qualifying and making/conducting appointments and presentations to win business with new clients.·
Attend industry events and meetings, join & contribute to industry related associations; Participate in health fairs and conferences·
Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers’ value to the organization.·
Perform in-home Care Consultations to help onboard new clients·
Quickly solve customer problems and complaints·
This position will spend considerable time out of the office visiting clients and various facilities.
Qualifications: (Education/Experience)·
The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of experience in the health care industry.·
Experience working in the Home Health Care field is strongly preferred· Experience working directly with Medical facilities preferred
