Laboratory Site Lead
Location: Boston, MA - Can site remotely but open to travel to Boston, MA for 2 week out of the month
Duration: 1 year contract with chance of extension
Overview:
Our major Northeast health system partner is preparing for a major Epic beaker implementation and is looking to build a team of Site Leads to provide project coordination and support to laboratories at participating sites. This role is key to the success of the initiative, and if you have laboratory experience and project management/coordination skills, please apply below!
Requirements:
- Prior experience working within a laboratory setting, ideally as a laboratory supervisory/manager or laboratory technician
- Excellent administrative and communication skills
- Previous exposure to Epic Beaker is preferred
- Experience with Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology
- Bachelor's degree in related field
Responsibilities:
- Meet with the MGB Beaker and deployment teams to organize project plans and coordinate needs at the site level
- Establish relationships with operational leaders (lab, nursing, medical staff, and IT staff)
- Communicate site specific information, objectives workflow, processes, and policies back to the Beaker implementation team
- Observe at the bench level to understand workflows in the lab
- Ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by technical project director, MGB site leadership and other project leadership
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Experience:
- Hospital Lab Setting: 3 years (Preferred)
- Anatomic Pathology: 3 years (Preferred)
- Clinical Pathology: 3 years (Preferred)
- Epic Beaker: 2 years (Preferred)
