Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle customer inquiries, and assist in maintaining office efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide specialized support to principle and staff
- Assist and learn a number of tasks dealing with both Insurance and Taxes
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration preferred
- Proficiency in proofreading documents for accuracy
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Experience in file management and record keeping
- Strong customer support skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience as a personal assistant or clerk is beneficial
- Ability to learn and adapt. This position wears lots of hats and works on different aspects of the business.
