Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree a plus)
- Must have experience working in a real estate/property management company
- 5-7 years of proven experience as an HR Operations Manager with an emphasis on employee relations, coaching, and mentoring.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of local and federal labor laws.
- Proficiency in Yardi software is a plus
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
