Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned region. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
- Identify market trends and opportunities for business development

- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and training to the sales team
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
