Title: Community Manager – On Site - Brockton, MA
We are a Premier Property Management Company that has been certified several years in a row as a "Great Place to Work." We are looking for an experienced high-energy community manager to manage a large condominium community.
Job Summary:
The Community Manager is responsible for achieving the financial & operational goals, managing vendors, maintaining positive resident relations, and interactions with board members. Strong facilities/ maintenance/ construction/ project management experience is required for this role.
The manager will respond promptly to board and resident requests. Follow-through and completion of tasks at hand are essential.
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.
Background Needed:
A minimum of five years of property management experience with Condominiums Boards/related experience is required.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office, are required. CAI/IREM credentials are preferred.
