Escapod Trailers is one of the fastest-growing off-road camper manufacturers in the country. Based in Coalville, UT, we are looking for a full-time Customer Handoff Coordinator to join our team. This position will work directly with the Launchpad Manager to ensure that all aspects of the customer handoff are executed smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling, coordinating, and handing off all customer trailers
- Completing checks and any needed repairs prior to handoff
- Inventory incoming and outgoing trailers for damage and items to ensure they are equipped, cleaned, and safe for customer handoff
- Report all damages to Launchpad Manager
- Coordinate, schedule, and support detailers; keeping them on task
- Clean and disinfect rental and customer trailers
- Send and receive emails to customers with information about their handoff
- Facilitate DMV paperwork required for customers and Escapod
- Register and send out license plates as needed
- Communicate with the main shop to report and fix any damages
- Learn and use our computer systems to help with tracking, scheduling, and customer communication
- Use systems to ensure proper check-in and cleaning of all trailers
- Give handoff tours using appropriate checklists to ensure all aspects of the tour have been completed
- Take pictures and document the customer handoff tour
- Assist the Rental Representative with rental trailer tours and coordination of trailers
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Wheelbase software experience is a bonus
Working Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position, working at our Sales and Rentals facility in Coalville, UT (35 miles away from Salt Lake City on I-80E).
