Presently, we are embarking on the search for an experienced Vice President of Sales and Digital Marketing who embodies innovation, marketing expertise, and exceptional leadership. You should have direct experience in the B2C environment and be a creative and strategic thinker who possesses a proven history of building and scaling sales and marketing efforts for a dynamic organization.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Developing and executing a data-driven sales and digital marketing strategy that encompasses all aspects of the customer journey, from awareness to acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your primary focus is on B2C marketing.
Overseeing the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other digital channels.
Developing a deep understanding of our target audience, their needs, preferences, and behaviors, and using this knowledge to inform our sales/marketing strategy.
Creating compelling brand messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience and differentiates us from competitors.
Overseeing the creation of high-quality, engaging content across all digital channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand voice and values.
Optimizing our website and other digital properties for user experience, conversion, and search engine visibility.
Setting clear, measurable goals for the sales/marketing team and monitor performance against these goals, making data-informed decisions to optimize our sales and marketing efforts.
Leveraging data and analytics to continually refine and improve our sales/marketing strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
Managing the sales/marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and drive growth.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing sales/marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
Working closely with the sales and marketing team to develop integrated marketing plans that drive both customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborating with other department heads, such as Product, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Managing relationships with external partners and vendors, such as agencies and technology providers, to support and enhance our marketing efforts.
Fostering a culture of experimentation and learning within the marketing team and encouraging the development and testing of new ideas and approaches.
Providing regular reports and updates to the executive team on the performance and impact of our digital marketing efforts.
Your Accomplishments Thus Far:
Ten or more years of experience in sales/digital marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of B2C marketing success. Experience with SAAS/technology field preferred.
Deep expertise in B2C sales/digital marketing channels and tactics, including paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales/marketing plans that drive measurable results.
Collaborative and cross-functional mindset, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Passion for staying up to date with the latest sales and digital marketing trends and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Salary Range: $165,000 - $185,000 per annum, depending on experience and expertise. This figure represents our good faith and
reasonable estimate of the potential salary for this role. Salary and whole compensation package to be determined by the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. We may offer a salary outside this range to an exceptional candidate.
