We are excited to announce our Associate Program Director opening in Morris Plains, NJ! We are looking for an Associate Program Director. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, provides clinical and managerial oversight, training and supervision to a treatment team providing community-based services to a specialized population. Measure, monitor and report outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
- Primary Duties and Responsibilities of an Associate Program Director:
- Leads outreach and recruitment activities and evaluates potential clients.
- Will operate in both programs as the interim Team leader or clinician when those
positions are not available for service.
- Conducts intakes, evaluation and support for clients within the community.
- Provides individual, family and group counseling services.
- Facilitates trainings and outreach activities.
- Identifies and prepares materials for trainings and outreach activities.
- Ensures that training/outreach logistics are coordinated.
- Assures on-going meetings with referral organizations occur regularly.
- Provides direct support for referral organizations.
- Serves in a liaison role to assigned partner organization.
- Completes data collection requirements for all project activities and reports to Team Leader.
- Promotes a culture of CSC and CIS care in the Northern Region of New Jersey.
- Participates in weekly supervision and teem meetings.
Required Education, Licensure and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
- LCSW or LPC
- Two (2) years of program management, administrative and supervisory experience
- Experience providing clinical services to adults and children with mental illness and substance abuse disorders
Work Schedule:Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
