We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join our Learning & Development team. This is a new role within our organization, and the successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing and managing our new LMS. The LMS Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the LMS, ensuring an optimal learning experience for all users. LMS Implementation:

Work with IT, HR, and key stakeholders to implement the LMS, including system setup, configuration, and integration with existing systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to promote user adoption by leading user reviews, demos, and education sessions.

Contribute to development and execution of an implementation project plan.

Develop standardized LMS operational processes, procedures, and guidelines.

System Management:
-
Manage the day-to-day operations of the LMS, working with the vendor to ensure system performance and reliability.

Perform regular system updates, upgrades, and maintenance tasks as needed.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

User Management:
-
Work with IT to establish, maintain, and troubleshoot the HRIS data feed.
-
Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
-
Manage access to training content and enroll users in courses as needed.
-
Provide technical support and training to users.
-
Content Management:
-
Upload, organize, and maintain training materials and resources within the LMS.

Create and manage courses, modules, assessments, and learning journeys, collaborating with the L&D team and content owners to ensure content is current and relevant.

Provide support to users using the LMS content builder tool.

Work closely with the L&D team and SMEs to develop and implement effective training programs, assisting with the design and development of new learning materials as needed.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate and analyze reports on user activity, course completion rates, and other key metrics.

Use data insights to make recommendations for improving the LMS and training programs.

Integration and Customization:

Integrate the LMS with other organizational and third-party systems and tools.

Apply organizational branding and messaging to LMS UI.

Develop and implement functionalities and features as needed.

Security and Compliance:

Work with IT to ensure the LMS complies with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.

Work with IT to ensure appropriate security measures to protect user data and system integrity are implemented and maintained.

Continuous improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in LMS and e-learning.

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the user experience and effectiveness of the LMS.

Provide recommendations for system improvements and process enhancements.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in LMS administration, including experience with LMS implementation.

Strong technical skills and proficiency in LMS platforms, including knowledge of e-learning standards including SCORM, AICC, and xAPI.

Experience integrating LMS with other systems and customizing LMS features.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels.

Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations related to LMS.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, System Administration, or related field is preferred.
