Our team is looking for a Leasing Manager and motivated candidate with at least two years of leasing experience, preferably lease-up experience. The ideal candidate will be able to meet sales goals, provide exceptional customer service and work in a fast-paced professional setting. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility and excellent attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills to represent our company.
```Duties```
**Drive, Mentor, Train Leasing Team during this Brand-New Construction "Lease Up"**
- Assist and oversee the leasing team, ensuring all leases are on track, leases created and approved.
- Assist with developing and manage leasing activities, including leasing policies, procedures, and programs
- Identify market needs and trends
- Establish and maintain a positive image with the public
- Develop, implement, and maintain leasing and property management programs for new and renewal tenants
- Maintain or replace tenant profiles to include financial, demographic, and property information, and maintain building databases
- Screen applicants for credit and background, conduct credit, criminal, and eviction checks
- Oversee marketing, leasing, and management of all units.
- Conduct property tours, create leases, and oversee tenant move-in or move-out
- Conduct post move-in inspections and provide 24/7 emergency service
- Conduct regular property inspections, and review and assist with work orders
- Review and respond to tenant complaints
- Assist with overseeing maintenance and repair of common areas and resident spaces, including routine inspections
