Position Summary
Brault is a practice management, billing and coding company exclusively serving acute care independent physician practices. A high volume privately held and family-owned medical billing company, we are currently looking for an energetic, experienced and service driven Client Manager. The ideal Client Manager will contribute to the Client’s financial success by reviewing daily, weekly and monthly billing and financial reports, monitoring our key indicators of billing performance and alerting Operations Management to service deficiencies while fully and effectively communicating with the Client about practice financial trends, chart processing, payer contracting and revenue enhancement issues and opportunities.
Key trends include accounts receivables management, contracted and non-contracted payer remittance trends, patient collections as well as a variety of well-defined volume and quality indicators.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have several years of experience as a Client Service Manager with key contact and client performance responsibility. Knowledge of the medical billing industry and a college education is required. For highly skilled communicators with financial trend analysis skills we provide training in medical billing operations. Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel as well as analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with California medical billing highly preferred.
