Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for estimating and bidding, and overseeing and managing construction projects. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction management principles.
Qualifications:
· Ten (10) or more years in construction building experience
· Project management and estimating experience
Responsibilities:
· Organizing and overseeing jobsite administration
· Organizing and coordinating field supervision
· Assisting in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
· Developing, monitoring, updating, and communicating the progress schedule and its periodic revisions
· Managing subcontractor schedules, quality-of-work, coordination with other trades, and payments
· Establishing and maintaining relationships with the owners, subcontractors, and government officials
Position Responsibilities:
Communicate and coordinate with Contractors/Clients/Suppliers/Coworkers in all stages of construction projects to ensure on-time delivery and installation within budget.
Facilitate, communicate, and coordinate with Sales/Logistics/Service department regarding submittals, shop drawings, engineering, quoting, RFI's, startup, training.
Prepare, review, follow up on project invoices. Coordinate with departments to create and interpret schedules to ensure on time delivery of materials.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
