Partner Alignment Specialist
Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Partner Alignment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening our network of partner organizations, facilitating seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing technical assistance to support our mission of improving community well-being.

Essential Job Functions
1. Network Support:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partner organizations.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and synergy among partner organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Develop strategies to expand our network and foster new partnerships within the community that align with GHN mission.
2. Contractual Facilitation:
- Act as a liaison between [Community Care Hub], GHN programs, and potential partner organizations during the negotiation and drafting of partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that contractual terms align with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
- Facilitate discussions to address any concerns or discrepancies related to partnership agreements, seeking mutually beneficial resolutions.
- Provide guidance and clarification to partner organizations regarding contractual obligations, rights, and responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records of contractual agreements and ensure compliance with established procedures and policies.
- Responsible for the management of the contract lifecycle utilizing GHN preferred software.
- Assure accountability of GHN and its partners to fulfill program deliverables as outlined by specific funding sources.
3. Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new partner organizations, including orientation sessions and resource provision.
- Ensure that partner organizations adhere to established guidelines and protocols.
- Facilitate streamlined offboarding procedures for partner organizations no longer actively engaged with Greater Health Now.
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to inform future partnership enhancements.
- Support and develop internal process to ensure effective communication on program timelines and deliverables.
4. Technical Assistance:
- Provide general technical assistance and support to partner organizations as needed.
- Offer guidance on utilizing [Community Care Hub]'s platforms and resources effectively.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues, assess and respond to concerns in a timely manner.
- Develop and conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance partners' understanding of our systems and processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as social work, public health, or nonprofit management, preferred.
- Proven experience in partnership development, community engagement, or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven skills in project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of community care systems, social services, or healthcare is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Valid Driver’s license and auto Insurance, preferred.
- Reliable and efficient work ethic.

Benefits
- Benefits include: 24 days paid time off per year, which includes holidays [10 days], and vacation [14 days]. Sick leave is offered at an accrual rate of 1 hour of sick leave earned per 40 hours worked. Employer pays 100% of medical/vision and dental insurance premiums for the employee. Dependent coverage is offered at 100% expense to the employee. A Simple IRA retirement plan is offered with a company match of up to 3%. Benefit eligibility is offered after completion of the 90-day probationary period.
