Key Performance Indicators:
- Proficient in prospecting, cold calling, and conducting the entire sales process
- Meets or exceeds Medicare Episodic Admission targets (budgeted goals).
- Capitalizes on CRM data to create and maintain an account/customer database
- Conduct 10-12 sales calls per day
JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Area Director of Sales, this associate will be responsible for driving key accounts and generating new business development. The sales representative is a proven sales executive who can roll-up their sleeves, thrives in competitive environments, and wants to get paid for their results and hard work.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum 1 yr. business development, marketing or sales experience in healthcare setting, home health experience preferred.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
3. Valid Driver’s License and valid auto liability insurance. Significant out of office and interoffice travel is required.
