What You’ll Need to Do:
Get familiar with roofing products, company services, and learn the insurance claims process to educate our customers to make informed decisions. (Residential & Commercial)
Assess storm related damages from wind and hail to determine if a roof requires repairs or replacement via physical exterior/interior inspection. Create a full photo report.
Attend adjuster meetings on customer roofs for insurance claims.
Utilize our technology suite to open and close the sale. Communicate with customers throughout the process.
Effectively sell products, upgrades, and warranties to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability on each job.
Develop leads (networking, social media, canvassing etc.) and run office leads when available.
What You’ll Need to Have: (REQUIRED)
Physical capability to get on various roofs for inspections
Ability to use technology/Computer literate - we are NOT pen and paper based. Heavy app/tech/online use (JobNimbus, SumoQuote, CompanyCam etc)
Laptop or tablet and smartphone
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to lift 50 pounds and use a ladder (to code - via OSHA standards)
GL insurance and personal tax reporting as an independent contractor
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
