Best Western is looking to expand our family in the Housekeeping Department. We need hard working individuals with an attention for detail. Our Housekeeping staff has direct contact with our guests every day and we are in need of those that are people oriented and hard working! Housekeepers are responsible for:
Cleaning check-out and stay-over rooms.
Maintain excellent communication with Housekeeping Supervisors.
Communicating to the Maintenance Dept. any repairs that need to be done in the rooms or on the property.
Communicating with Front Desk Associates.
Loading and unloading housekeeping carts daily.
Excellent Customer Service.
Ability to safely lift, bend and walk up and down stairs.
Provide quality service in every room, every day.
Maintain professionalism at all times.
Help other coworkers when current work is done.
Attention to detail
Maintaining a positive attitude and provide guidance, assistance and/or leadership to those around you.
*Hotels are open 24/7. Applicants must be able to work mornings, WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS.
