We pride ourselves on exceptional service and attention to detail. We are looking for a dedicated Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle bank transactions, payroll, and ensure timely payments.
- Set up and manage business phone line and email.
- Conduct hiring, interviews, and onboarding.
- Obtain Google Guaranteed and Women-Owned Small Business badges.
- Establish partnerships and manage orders (Amazon, uniforms, supplies).
- Use Excel and QuickBooks for financial tracking.
- Develop marketing strategies and manage social media.
- Collect and manage customer reviews.
- Respond to client emails and phone calls.
- Prepare contracts and welcome packets.
- Oversee job sites ensuring high quality and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain staff schedules.
- Handle emergencies and problems independently.
- Organize supplies and equipment.
- Attend weekly team meetings and cover tasks during owner’s absence.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in payroll and scheduling.
