Location: Hoboken, New JerseyJob Type: Contract to PermCompensation Range: $29.12 - 33.00 per hourWe are looking for a talented Associate Site Programming Manager to aid in the development and planning of editorial merchandising and site strategies for our client's seasonal campaigns and corporate initiatives. In this role, you will help identify and establish campaign-level key performance indicators (KPIs), benchmarks, and forecasts, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive business objectives and influence strategies. This role will assist the Site Programming Manager in providing direction to Creative, Marketing, and Digital Store Operations teams.Responsibilities: Aid in the development and planning of editorial merchandising and site strategies for seasonal campaigns and corporate initiatives.Help identify and establish campaign-level KPIs, benchmarks, and forecasts.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business objectives and influence strategies.Assist the Site Programming Manager in providing direction to Creative, Marketing, and Digital Store Operations teams.Collaborate cross-functionally on horizontal eCommerce experiences (Digital Store Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, Product) to ensure initiatives are aligned with overall company calendars and strategies.Manage inputs from category site teams, marketing partners, stores partners, and product partners to develop a cohesive experience.Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder communications related to eCommerce experiences to ensure initiatives are aligned with overall company calendars and strategies.Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; reviewing all stakeholder inputs and reconciling business needs with customer needs; resolving problems; completing end-of-campaign reporting; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.Promote the continuous improvement of content/commerce integrations and executions.Continually evaluate performance and make informed recommendations to increase content’s value to the customer experience.Partner with Editorial Managers to plan, execute, and promote supplier sponsorship opportunities for branded or native content experiences. Gather and evaluate metrics to find and recommend opportunities for optimization.Simultaneously execute multiple projects within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.Utilize an on-site computer workstation via portable laptop and occasionally access the VPN system to work remotely.Present information to small or large groups and individuals, and communicate clearly and effectively in person or via telecommunications equipment.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent merchandising/eCommerce experience.2-3 years experience managing large editorial content or eCommerce campaigns in an online creative or related digital field.2-3+ years of working in/with a Site Merchandising team.2+ years of experience in Project Management in an agile environment.
