Position Purpose:
Manage multiple units. In charge of all the operational practices of all stores making sure all run smoothly, and to meet Minimum Standards as put forth by Company.
Position Description - Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
· Interview, recruit, hire, and train employees. Motivate location managers and discipline when necessary.
· Review individual locations to make sure they are stocked, clean and in full working order.
· Creates and maintains budgets, and all required administrative responsibilities.
· Must be a strong leader so as to keep employees motivated, resolve conflict and make hard decisions.
· Make sure all Company policies, directives, procedures, memorandums and merchandising programs are executed.
· Ability to make decisions weather it is dealing with employees, management or vendors.
· Assure full compliance that all Corporate safety directives are met at retail locations.

Work Environment
· Travel to and work in retail locations.
Physical Demands
· The ability to lift 35 lbs... Walk, sit, bend and stoop.
· The ability to drive long distances.

· Possible overnight travel.
Programs/Equipment Used
· RTO, People Matter, Lap top computer, iPhone, full knowledge of Fiscal system and equipment.
· Maintain valid driver's license.
Required Education and Experience
· High school diploma or General Equivalency diploma (GED) recommended.
· Minimum 5 years location management experience.
