Duties:
- Conduct data collection and entry to track progress
- Write daily notes to document observations and interventions
- Apply feedback and training provided by senior analysts
- Attend various training sessions and company meetings
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially children
- Proficiency in data collection methods
- Familiarity with special education practices
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide behavioral therapy
- Competence in medical documentation related to patient care
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with individuals with autism and other behavioral challenges
This role requires a deep understanding of behavioral therapy techniques, diagnostic evaluation procedures, and patient care protocols. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and possess strong skills in data collection, special education, and medical documentation.
