Position Overview: As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be a key member of our management team, responsible for managing and overseeing all clinical operations and services. You will collaborate with the Clinical Director to launch and grow clinical services, onboard and train clinical staff, and develop programming for children ages one to thirteen.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Manage a caseload of 9-12 clients, focusing on quality over quantity.

Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of Behavior Analysts (BAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring adherence to service schedules and proper documentation.

Program Development: Create individualized, research-based client programs and update them as needed based on client progress.

Assessments: Perform assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.) to evaluate client needs.

Training and Meetings: Conduct weekly parent training meetings, supervise interns and RBTs, lead weekly staff meetings, and provide quarterly in-service training.

Progress Analysis: Analyze client progress quarterly across the company and address staff training needs.

Insurance Correspondence: Handle pre-authorization requests and other insurance-related tasks.

Safety Management: Ensure a safe environment for clients and staff, including maintaining certifications and training.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 7:45 am - 4:30 pm

Once a month: Supervise in-home clients from 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

QBS certification or equivalent restraints/holds training

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited university
