Job Summary:
We are a small charter high school seeking a dedicated Clinician/Mentor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in youth development, special education, and working with individuals in DCFS. The Clinician will be responsible for providing support for small caseload of DCFS involved youth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Provide therapy and counseling services to individuals and groups
-Provide research based interventions for high school students
- Maintain detailed and accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop student learning plans
- Offer counseling services to individuals in need
- Utilize social work skills to support clients in various aspects of their lives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Previous experience working with DCFS youth/agenciesindividuals
- Strong knowledge of documentation and record-keeping practices
- Ability to conduct evaluations and interpret assessment results
- Experience in providing group therapy sessions is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $72,562.00 per year
