Edwin Denim is currently looking for a Social Media Associate.
The Social Media Associate serves as a key player for growth, engagement, and brand
awareness.
The ideal candidate will assist in creating content and implementing all public-facing messaging and
activations related (but not limited to) products, brand and industry news, customer service and
helping to increase overall brand awareness.
The right person for this role is a go-getter looking for a growth opportunity with a legacy fashion
brand. This person is extremely detail-oriented, works well collaboratively and is a good
communicator. They will craft messaging, content and more.
Role & Responsibilities:
● Assist in the development of social media campaigns and brand initiatives including, but
not limited to, engagement strategy, creative strategy & deliverables, messaging, and
ensuring Edwin Denim is unified and cohesive across social channels
● Immerse yourself in the brand’s “voice” in order to represent the brand in a consistent
manner across all social media channels
● Capture content, create a calendar of posts, update content calendars and ensure all
assets & messaging are approved and aligned with company objectives and brand voice
while being released in a timely fashion
● Interact with Edwin’s social media community in a timely manner while being consistent
with the brand voice to grow & nurture the community across multiple platforms
● Grow and nurture community activity (conversations, tags, shares) and community size,
helping to drive performance that aligns with strategic KPIs
● Monitor and report on community sentiment & social listening trends and report back to
the E-Comm Manager if escalation or action is required
● Review, draft, and edit social copy (social posts, customer/user comments, brand
interactions) that communicate approved campaign messaging while maintaining brand
voice and social-first tone
● Support PR and influencer gifting efforts
● Align on key moments & social media opportunities to include/feature our Brand
Ambassadors and creator content to drive business objectives
● Help brainstorm and conceptualize larger social media and brand initiatives
● Identify / anticipate social media trends for the brand to participate in or put its own spin
on
● Discover and build relationships with talent who Edwin should partner with for social
media activations.
● Work closely with the customer service team to detect and resolve any public-facing
customer issues, as well as present opportunities to maintain customer satisfaction
● Assist in the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of key metrics across all social
media channels and develop recommendations based on these findings to the broader
team
● Maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, including but not
limited to: PR, Marketing, Legal, CRM, Design, Studio, Creative and more to further the
social media team’s objectives
● Maintain confidentiality and understand the sensitive nature of our work in order to
maintain brand integrity

Pay: $20.18 - $20.87 per hour
