Job Summary:
Under general supervision, administrative assistant will perform Workforce Reconnection Program clerical duties as well as assist with administrative elements and daily operations.

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Office Management: Administrative assistant will manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including organizing files, maintain records, and ordering supplies.
- Communication: Administrative assistant will serve as a point of contact between employees, participants, and external partners. This involves answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Scheduling: Administrative assistant will manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Participant Support: They may assist with client inquiries, provide information about products or services, and help resolve any issues or concerns.
- Administrative tasks: this includes task such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Problem solving: administrative assistance often needs to think on their feet to solve problems that arise in the office, whether it is resolving scheduling conflicts or troubleshooting technical issues.
- Confidentiality: administrative will handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding company operations, personnel matters, and other sensitive data.
