Your primary function is to provide administrative support to both internal and external customers, following the directives of the President of Reid Companies. This entails a variety of tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, organizing documents, and generally facilitating smooth operations within the company. It's about being responsive, efficient, and detail-oriented to ensure that both the President and the customers receive excellent support and service.

Give administrative support to the president of the company, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, taking notes, scheduling travel, facilitating interdepartmental communication.

Manages and coordinates a variety of office duties and company functions.

Responsible for the efficient management and training of the front desk receptionist.

Administrative support for departments within the company.

Assist with answering incoming calls, providing backup reception coverage as needed.

Gather information and coordinate communication in response to open customer issues.

Represent Reid Petroleum in a professional manner by always performing exemplary customer service skills.

Perform other duties as necessary.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervises Receptionist and responsible for their training and development, scheduling, approvals, and reviews.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
18 years of age
-
Experience Preferred
-
MS Office proficient; ability to use programs independently and efficiently within the Microsoft Suite
-
2+ years of experience in customer service or customer facing role.
