Customer Service Admin
This position is for those seeking to make a name for themselves within a company and excel in their field. Serving as an advocate both for customers & the business, this position is suited best to self-starters & personable individuals who strive to serve customers by providing product and service information and responsibility for customer care. Verbal communication skills, listening skills, and problem-solving skills are also key components to the success of this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Communicate with customers to provide information about products and services.
· Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
· Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's policies
· Record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken by all.
· Assist with the resolution of service or billing related complaints, as needed.
· Ensure pricing and costing is up to date with sales channels.
· Help billing team to ensure pricing and invoicing is correct according to the order.
· Respond to inquiries about claims from shipping department when required
· Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
· Providing information to supervisors and co-workers via telephone, e-mail, or in person.
· Process production reports and priority focused communication
· Develop working relationships with co-worker and customers
· Answer incoming customer inquiries, as needed
· Record customer information within our customer service database
· Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner
· Work with all departments to provide the best customer care
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
· Highschool Diploma / GED Equivalent required.
· A.S or B.S. Degree Preferred.
· Additional relevant certifications a plus.
Experience:
· Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience (required)
· Minimum 2 years administrative experience (required)
· Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word (required)
· QuickBooks experience (preferred)
Skills
· Professional written and verbal communication with interpersonal skills
· Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.
· Must be able to comprehend above a basic math level.
· Must work well with all levels of management, executive leadership, and support staff.
· Good analytical and networking skills
· Problem-solving and conflict management
· Leadership – lead by example
· Manufacturing background helpful but not necessary
