**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in industrial maintenance, facilities management, and possess strong mechanical knowledge. **Duties:** - Develop and implement maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance schedules - Manage a team of maintenance staff and contractors - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - Read and interpret schematics and blueprints - Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement - Oversee equipment installations and upgrades - Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment - Fabricate parts as needed **Skills:** The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Proficiency with voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools - Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs - Experience in low-voltage systems maintenance - Ability to communicate effectively in English - Knowledge of facilities management practices This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
