Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as you may need to assist customers in other languages
- Perform outbound calling to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Upsell products or services when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities

Monday through Friday - 8 am to 4:30pm 1/2 hour lunch
