Human Resources Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including talent acquisition, process improvement, HR sourcing, and recruiting. Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Administer benefits programs such as FMLA and other leave policies
- Utilize HRIS systems like UltiPro, Taleo, and Ceridian to streamline HR processes
- Collaborate with payroll processing and related activities
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g.,Ceridian)
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
