We Are Seeking:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Enrollment Specialist to join our admissions team. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a key role in empowering tomorrow’s business and technology leaders to positively impact and change the world! This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process and providing information that will assist them in making informed decisions regarding their education.
Your Responsibilities Include:

Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students.

Recruit and enroll new undergraduate students by implementing and executing on an enrollment strategy using a “high touch, high energy” engagement approach.

Conduct outreach efforts through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to engage with prospective students and communicate the value of earning a Walsh College degree.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for prospective students, offering guidance on admissions requirements, academic programs, financial aid options, and campus life. Develop knowledge of the Walsh College portfolio of degrees, certificates, and other programs.

Assist students with the application process, including reviewing application materials, assisting in retrieval of transcripts, providing application waiver codes, and ensuring that all required documents are submitted accurately and on time. Make the student experience as smooth as possible by clearly communicating admissions requirements, including transfer policies and course equivalencies, to prospective students.
- Consistently and accurately utilize the department CRM to timely record and store communications, records, and relevant notes. It is the expectation that all interactions with students and attempts of outreach will be accurately recorded in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement recruitment strategies, including attending college fairs, conducting information sessions, and hosting campus tours to attract prospective students.

Attend college fairs, career expos, and other related events to promote the college and its programs.
- Communicate with other departments as necessary. This will include becoming familiar with the processes of financial aid, academic advising, career service, the business office, academics, etc.
- Create a welcome and friendly culture for all who attend Walsh College.

Possess a strong orientation around results and exceeding goals.

Assist with keeping departmental training materials up to date.

Effectively monitor and manage your KPI’s on a weekly basis. Review this information with your supervisor.
- Routinely adhere to team policy and procedures – including outreach schedules and timely follow-up.
Your Qualifications Include:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Previous experience in admissions, enrolment management, sales, or customer service preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong with computer skills, including CRM and Microsoft Office experience.

Goal-driven and committed to delivering outstanding customer service to our students.

High energy and passionate about seeing students succeed with their educational goals.

An individual who takes extreme accountability for actions, results, and outcomes.
- Have relevant professional experience in sales or in a sales-focused environment.

Able to perform remote work, as needed (stable Internet access is required).
