Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Community Coordinator. As the face of The Preserve, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming our members and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our coworking space. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they enter The Preserve.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and assistance, both in-person and over the phone.
- Assist the Community Manager and staff in maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere within the coworking space.
- Handle member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure a seamless experience for all members.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, reservations, and inquiries about membership plans and amenities.
- Coordinate with various departments to address member needs and ensure efficient communication and resolution of issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and communal spaces, adhering to high standards of presentation.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and other community activities to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the overall success of The Preserve by actively seeking opportunities for improvement and providing feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
