```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone calls, texts and email,
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide any necessary assistance

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using customer service software/systems to manage customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
